ACCENT HAS ACQUIRED, FROM STANLEY, CERTAIN BUSINESS ELEMENTS

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Stanley Convergent Security Solutions and Accent Electronic System Integrators are pleased to announce that Accent has acquired, from Stanley, certain business elements which now make Accent responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of your electronic system which were being installed or maintained by Stanley. This transaction was effective December 12th, 2008. This affects only the customers and system sold and supported out of Stanley’s PA/Ohio office headquartered in Pittsburgh, formerly known as ISR Solutions/Comm Group.
As a way of background; Accent is a privately-held Electronic System Integrator, focused on providing converged Audio, Video, Data, Security, and Communications systems for a broad base of facilities. Accent has been named as one of the fastest-growing, privately held businesses by Inc. Magazine, and, was named as one of the Country’s largest Systems Integrators for 2008, by CE Pro Magazine, a leading Industry publication. Headquartered in Bonita Springs, Florida, Accent is owned and managed by Daniel Robbins, Curt Rothenberg, and Paul Caruso, who have a combined 70+ years of experience in the systems integration business. Dan and Paul were co-owners of the Pittsburgh-based Comm Group, and have significant expertise in the business and technologies which our customers are using.
